I’m fascinated by train stations…and its ebb and flow of travelers. These were taken at the Florence station a few summers ago (while sitting on the floor, waiting for my train to Rome).

This is a photo of Jenny, our German Shepherd who passed away in December 2005. It’s one of my favorite pictures of her – I can’t help but smile whenever I look at it. I miss her fierce loyalty and her floppy fly-away ears.

Early Morning at Piazza San Marco.
This is one of my favorite photos of Piazza San Marco in Venice, Italy. I woke up at 6 AM for lovely morning light and to get shots of the square without the hordes of summer tourists.
